You Know the Industry. We Know How to Build the Solution.

Have you identified a recurring problem in your industry that could be solved through better processes, software or a digital product?

Get Coded is exploring selected venture partnerships with experienced industry professionals and business owners who understand their market and have identified a commercially valuable problem.

Some of the best digital products begin with industry experience — not technology.

People working inside an industry often see problems that outsiders miss. They understand where businesses lose time, where existing systems fall short and what customers genuinely need.

However, turning that knowledge into a commercially viable product requires product planning, technical capability, market validation and ongoing execution.

That is where we may be able to work together.

The Partnership Model

You may bring

  • Industry knowledge and credibility
  • A genuine, recurring problem
  • Access to potential users or customers
  • Commercial insight
  • Active involvement in validation and sales
  • Financial or operational commitment

We can bring

  • Business and product strategy
  • Process and requirements analysis
  • Software design and development
  • Branding and digital marketing
  • Technical support and product improvement
  • A path from idea to market

Software design and development may be delivered through GetCoded, our digital solutions and product-development brand.

This opportunity may suit you if:

  • You have substantial experience in a particular industry.
  • You have identified a specific problem that occurs repeatedly.
  • You understand who experiences the problem and who may pay to solve it.
  • You have access to potential users, customers or decision-makers.
  • You are prepared to contribute time, market access, funding or operational involvement.
  • You want to help build and commercialise the product — not simply submit an idea.

This may not be the right fit if:

  • You only have a broad or undeveloped app idea.
  • You expect the complete product to be developed without investment or active involvement.
  • You have not identified a customer or commercial need.
  • You are unwilling to help validate, introduce or sell the solution.
  • Your idea depends entirely on SFS and GetCoded taking the financial risk.

We value ideas, but partnerships are built around validated problems, complementary contributions and shared commercial commitment.

Types of Engagement

We don't present every enquiry as a potential equal-share joint venture. Depending on the opportunity, risk, contribution and commercial potential, arrangements may include:

How the Process Works

  1. Submit the application

Tell us about your industry, the problem and what you can contribute.

  2. Initial assessment

We assess the problem, customer need, market access and potential commercial model.

  3. Venture evaluation meeting

Suitable applicants are invited to explore the opportunity in more detail.

  4. Validation and discovery

Before committing to development, we may test the problem, review competitors and define a practical first product.

  5. Commercial proposal

If the opportunity is viable, the responsibilities, funding, ownership and delivery model are documented.

Approximately 8–10 questions — this should take about 10 minutes.

Submitting an application does not establish a partnership, create a confidentiality obligation or guarantee that the opportunity will be accepted or developed. Suitable applicants may be contacted for further evaluation. Any partnership, ownership or commercial arrangement will only exist once formally documented and signed by all relevant parties.

Please do not submit confidential technical details at this stage. If an opportunity progresses, an NDA can be considered before deeper disclosure.
